Shipping Policy
Shipping expense is the sole responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated at checkout. We do offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount in which "free shipping" must be chosen at checkout.
We offer several means of shipping, which the buyer can choose whatever method is best economically for their needs.
Local pick up can be arranged for the Burlington, NJ area. The buyer has to pay for the order and then contact the seller to make arrangements, and we will refund the shipping after the pickup is completed.
Third Party Shipping
We are not responsible for the timing of the delivery of the order once it has left our building. We can not control UPS or USPS operations. In the event of a lost package, we will do everything possible to assist the buyer to get their package delivered. Tracking numbers will be provided to the buyer after the item has shipped. It is the buyer's responsibility to track the item and report any issue to the seller. We are not responsible for refunding the buyer in the event of a lost package. Insurance up to $100 is included in all shipments and the buyer will have to file a claim with the shipper. Any orders over $100 that the buyer wants additional insurance, will be the responsibility of the buyer to inform the seller and request additional insurance at cost.
